“I used to think sleep was just something we did – a box to tick between one busy day and the next. I never saw it as something sacred. Not until I couldn’t find it.
The weight of deadlines, the noise of anxiety, and the constant pressure to perform followed me into the night. I had spent years investing in my studies, my work, my routines but never in my rest. Night after night, I drifted further from myself. I was trapped in a cycle that stole my energy, my focus, and eventually, my joy.
But in time, I realised the truth: “It wasn’t my life that was out of control – it was my lack of good sleep.”

Lushnest began not with a business plan, but with a feeling and an ambition. A feeling of wanting more from the spaces we return to every day. It started in the quiet rituals: making the bed on slow mornings, reaching for softness that felt like home, searching for comfort that didn’t compromise on beauty.
We couldn’t find it, so we created it.
